Are you printing to it by IP address? &nbsp;I find that the print drivers that try to find the printer tend to quit finding the printer after a while.

yes, I have checked them, they are okay. The printer would work for a few weeks and stopped working. &nbsp;Thank you very much.

I will try your suggestion later. What happened before was when it happened, print jobs would be stuck in the queue. I could restart the job but would not print.<br />

I had to remove (delete) the printer and &quot;re-add&quot; the printer. thanks

One of the printers in our office network would get disconnected every now and then. It is my boss's printer, only used by him. It would be working fine and not working all of a sudden. I had to remove the printer and rejoin it into the network. I use wire connection.<br />

Any ideas? thanks

Network printer loses connection
