Mail flow rule to enable DNF for emails being sent out of our domain

Team, need you help in below:

I want to restrict emails being sent from our internal sender to external recipients that matches certain criteria.

The criteria is: Any email being sent to external user with that has a specific Sensitivity label applied (basically we are testing Azure Information Protection labels. so any email with a specific label) should be restricted with Do Not forward [pic of the rule is attached]

It is working in a way. The recipient does gets the red DNF sign on an email, but the recipient is still able to forward the email.

Request you to please give  me some suggestion , it is bit important and urgent for me

Custom protection by using the Azure Information Protection
@Hani,

Could you please elaborate?
Hi Mahesh,

You are saying the DNF template is not working at all.. I dont think it is possible..

Any option to share the screen capture at the recipient end that has the DNF applied and a screen capture that allows the forward and also a copy from forwarded recipient received copy..

sorry for too many information asked..

Check URL UP , Article about using Labels and DLP policies in Office 365
Once the message leaves your server, you are relying on the recipient's email server/client to respect the DNF and that doesn't always work.

@Hani, Perhaps the Author can clarify, but I think the Author is asking on how to restrict what the recipient can do with the message. You shared an article on how to prevent information from being sent externally.

@BRIAN,

THANKS for your comments. It is actually working if I send a mail with an attachement for the same recipient. But the rule is not working just for the email.

@hani, thanks for sharing the article it could be useful to me in terms of SPO sharing, but anything regarding the Mail flow rule that can restrict the message capability would really help me.

@rajkumar and @vasil awaiting your response :P
What mail system does the test recipient use?
office 365
@rajkumar,

I have attached a pic of an email that has the "classified" label. It shows that the rule is applied successfully as It shows the DNF icon. But I am still able to Forward the email, I am still able to take the screenshot.  User generated image
Where as , the behavior is opposite for the email that has an attachment having classified label. So the rule is 100 % working for any email that has the "Classified" labeling
any update?
