I purchased a used NIXPLAY photoframe item. Model W08A. Batch number 03/54. It let me register accomplish the pairing with my WIFI but will not let me join the mandatory website due to the unit being already registered. I bought this as a donated item from Habitat for Humanity so naturally it has already been registered. Does anyone know how to transfer ownership under these circumstances. Their customer support is not available at this time.
