It is a browser hijacker, suggest you can follow the steps to remove using various tools like Zeman, hitmanpro, MBAM and steps to remove from browser extension.

Since it is a browser hijacker, and you say you are removing it, you might need to be more careful where you browse... Hijacked ad servers are becoming very common, as it seems the ad serving companies do not vet the purchased space very well..
Some place you frequent might be reinfecting you. Since you are using malwarebytes, use its web protection if you have a subscription as it might block the bad sites before they try and reinfect you...

Thank u Silva, It is Malware bytes which keep blocking it, then quarrantine it.   I usually play the youtube.com  videos, so looks like it is getting infected from there.  I have the Malware Bytes Premium account , does this protect the bad sites too.  thank u

MBAM should be able to remove it. The browser setting is not reset though and suspect there is more than this hijacker. Consider using other tool to do another sanity check. ADguard remove an ads and banners, prevent or block phishing and other online threats. May consider having it.
