error starting virtual box
Is this all VMs or just this single VM which cannot start?
You are not giving much information here. Did this VM work before, did you make any changes? Do you have a backup?
About the message: looks like the boot loader can't find the kernel. Re-installing the boot loader may help (backup the vm first).

So if it worked what has changed ?
Also be sure to answer Andrew's question about if this is only one VM or all VMs.
