need help factory resetting a windows 10 pro laptop

Need to factory reset a HP 250 G7 laptop.  Windows 10 Pro.  When I go into the choose an option screen and click on troubleshoot, I do not see the option for advanced options to reset the computer.  All I get is startup settings and UEFI firmware settings.

On the login screen hold schift and click on power off\reboot button. Hold schift when you click on restart. In this mode you should be able to call for additional options.

KIMPUTER:  Do you know how to boot to the USB drive of the Windows Image on the HP computer specified?
Go to BIOS and disable Secure Boot. Then you should be able to boot from USB stick if it was created properly.
If recovery partition is not available for you it mean someone deleted partitions from your HDD or replaced HDD in the past, so I think this Windows was reinstaled one already.
Just create USB or DVD installation using Microsoft Creation Tool and boot from it. To do it you must go to BIOS and disable secure boot first and maybe change boot order.

You must remember to go do manufacture website / support drivers and install all drivers suggested by manufacturer.
When reinstalling windows 10 you can select "keep my files"
but it is Always wise to make a backup before starting !
