We have a calendar in SharePoint which we need to migrate to a shared calendar in exchange 2016
We have the ICS file from share point but need to know how to create the shared calendar on exchange 2016 and then import the ICS file into the new exchange shared calendar.

You will need to open the sharepoint calendar with outlook then export it to a PST. Then import that PST into the shared calendar.

Create a Shared Mailbox in Exchange 2016

Configure the mailbox in Outlook

File -> Open & Export -> Import Export -> import an ical file and import the items into shared mailbox calendar..

Share the Shared Mailbox calendar with the users that you want to share.
