outlook web access, exchange, mailbox, office 365

i gave user A full access to a shared mailbox in office 365 portal.

but when he uses OWA and logs in to his mailbox and tries to open another mailbox , it gives error -shared mailbox is unavailable wait for 30 seconds and try again

i tried to refresh and tried again but didnt work

it is only happening with 1 user , other user can open shared mailbox through outlook web access

is there any other method he can open that shared mailbox, he is not allowed to use outlook client only outlook web access

shared mailbox and user mailbox is in 365 , we dont have on premise exchange

Seems like a known issues with office 365. Have you tried these solutions?

Post the full error message. Also, which method are you using to access the shared mailbox? Right-click on the folder list, add shared folder? Or clicking on the user picture, Open another mailbox? You can try using the direct link as well: https://outlook.office.com/owa/shared@domain.com
