How do I fix a localhost:#### port in use error?  I have several ASP.Net Web Applications.  All load fine in Microsoft Visual Studio 2019; however, two of them present the error and fails to run.

How do I fix this???

are you using the VS built-in IIS Express, and running multiple web applications while you trying to launch another one?

what you can do is try to deploy to local standard IIS environment, and point that in your ASP.NET Project accordingly, and then it will bypass the port already in used error.

I'm using  VS built-in IIS Express,  I don't see this screen.  Would I be better off using the IIS built-into Windows 10?

IIS Express would be good for beginner as they can directly start and debug their web application without having the knowledge and setup the IIS. That's the advantage of using IIS Express. The disadvantage of it is that you got limited ability for the configuration and IIS Express can't be used for Production deployment.

Thanks!  I currently monitor eight websites that I designed and maintain.  How do I switch to the IIS built into Windows 10?  I'm using FTP to upload files.
