asked on

exchange hybrid server moved and banned

Hi Experts,

I have to setup a new mail flow from a new exchange management server.
This server is just management server and relay server.
The server was moved to another location and datacenter. This means the external IP has also changed.

When I send a testmail via telnet I receive an error.

I went to the site https://sender.office.com/ and tried to remove the IP from the list.

But this is 4 hours ago.
How long does it take ?

Or do you have any other ideas ?

It is straight procedure configure send connector in Exchange. I think you already have it.
in O365 you have to set the onpremise->O365 connector to receive emails from the new IP if the email goes out from O365.
The same way O365--> onpremise connector send email to new IP.

Test the inbound and outbound from testconnectivity.microsoft.com
Post the error if any.

Hi MAS,

the onprem sendconnector is configured, with the old and new server.
In O365 I haven't configured anything yet.
Can you show mw what to do in O365 ?
