whats the size of the OST file? it's usually an offline folder for outlook.
You can use Exchange Power Shell and Export mailbox directly from Exchange to PST file then import it to Outlook
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox USERNAME -FilePath "\\SERVER\Share\USER.pst"
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox USERNAME -FilePath "\\SERVER\Share\USER.pst"
Hi,
From outlook, goto:
File| Account settings|Data files|Add|
This will generate a root folder in outlook that you can personalize as you need.
Then, drag and drop msg from your inbox (or others) in the new folder.
This is in case you don't have to many users.
In case of to many users you can script it in powershell.
