You should not extend class instead segregate your network by VLANs as a best practice.
One VLAN for servers one for network devices and one for clients etc.
And yuo can categorize your network and have routing in a L3 switch.

If no other options you can reduce the subnetmask which is not recommended way and it will have conflicts of public and private IP.
I strongly recommend to buy L3 switch if not possible to buy wait for other network experts to respond.

A class A network will give you 16.7 million IPv4 addresses to work with, so running out shouldn't be a problem. Can you be a bit more specific?

so you are using the 10.x.x.x network which is the ONLY class A network simply change your netmask i.e. from 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.254.0 or go all out 255.0.0.0

Sorry i wrongly mention it is class C network. If i change netmask to 255.255.254.0 does it affect my current ip setting. is that any other way to do it? i have i can set ip and join them. i dont know the specific way to do it. other hand instead of setting 255.255.254.0 can i set it as 255.255.0.0?

That is upto your network. if you are not sure make it 255.255.0.0

then you have to update the static ip addresses as well. There is no getting around this.

let say if i buy L3 switch is it possible to maintain my subnet and create new subnet for new ip. if yes, is it possible to do this without ad and dc server.

yes

As a workaround you can have virtual switch if you and configure routing between networks
