The software updates for v13 on client PC, only shows an update and doesn't give the option to download or install. &nbsp;I has a click here for info, but that doesn't even open a browser. &nbsp;Cannot find any details on the website for Nuance. &nbsp;He doesn't have any updates installed for Dragon. &nbsp;Windows 10 v1903.

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations.
