Does anyone have the procedure to have ICP Filing with Sinnet?

Have a look at the attached document in Chinese.

From my understanding, the procedure is more or less the same among different service providers as ICP Filing is a censorship system for the Internet in China.

The procedure is as follows:-

You do the preparation and ask your service provider to endorse it using their expertise -> Your service provider will tell from their experience whether you will pass or fail -> Your service provider acting on your behalf to submit the application to the relevant government authorities -> Government authorities will say whether you pass or fail -> On failing, you need to change your content and ask your service provider to re-submit -> On passing, you get an ICP certificate number and you need to make the number visible on every page of your website.
