I have a customers PC on which she cant access facebook.com. She can access other sites fine.

This problem exists in all browsers but in particular the user is using chrome.

If I try accessing the site in IE I get a message about enbling TLS 1.0 TLS 2 etc. When I check all TLSs were enabled.

I hav tried reinstalling chrome and firefox with same problem.

Any suggestions?

Hi roy_batty,

This user use Facebook on herphone ?
If yes, try to logout for a few moment  and login again on her phone
Then try to connect with the PC

If this don't work, try to clean up your history and caches also.

Tip: Recently almost all sites, like Facebook have disabled all < TLSv1.2 protocols, which are all retired.

This means old browsers with no TLSv1.2 + TLSv1.3 support will no longer connect.

First upgrade Chrome to latest + retest.

If problem persists, post the exact Chrome version being used.

Stick with Chrome for now, till problem is debugged + fixed, then you can move onto other browsers.
