Text Sorting on Crystal Forms

Hello, I have a client using the 3 attached crystal report forms (Sales Orders).
When the data is entered in their accounting system the text is displayed in the correct way.
However, when the output is displayed on the forms the text is not in the same order.

Are you able to assist please?

I have attached the 3 files and a screen shots where you can see the data on the screen and the data on the forms (out of order)

Open the report in Crystal Designer.

Use the menu option of: Reports, Record Sort Expert...

I have done that but can't work out why its not sorting. Can you please elaborate?

Without seeing the data in the report it is impossible to tell what is going on.

I can't tell if each line is a different record or if the fields are growing.

I have also attached 2 rpt files which work (sort) correctly. I have compared the files but can't see any differences. Can you?

Need to have the last set with the same data as the first one.

What is wrong with how the first one is sorted.
You have a sort on line number and it is in that order. What order should it be in?
