Try to boot the system from a ISO image that allows access to a shell.
Mount the disk where this /lib64 directory is sitting.
Then restore the right /lib64/libtinfo.so.5 from some other media or install package onto the disk.
libtinfo.so is part of ncurses package.

So, /lib64/libtinfo.so.5 has somehow been overwritten by something.
This seems very odd.
If I hit this problem, I'd likely destroy the instance (if you have a backup) + reinstall from scratch.
If not, you might be able to boot into single user mode, then repair this package... although this is unlikely, as libtinfo5 is an essential package... which is involved during the boot process.
