I need to find out how to calculate a percentage of between two numbers(range) in excel.<br />
For example, 1st# is -3 , second number is 20. What is percentage number of 5 ? or Any # that can represent location of 5.<br />
Ex) 1st# -3, 2nd# 20. If the number is 20 then 100. if the number is -3 then 0. <br />
