Issue to file

Any decent imaging app can do it, such as ImageMagick, GraphicsMagick, paint.net, and lots more. I used IrfanView to create the attached 512x512 PNG for you. Btw, it was really close to begin with...513x512. Regards, Joe

Right-click the link in my previous post (or here's the same link for you) and do a Save Link As or Save Target As or Save Image As or something similar, depending on what  browser you're using.

Open the file in IrfanView
Image menu
Resize/Resample...
Set new size
Width 512
Height 512
Pixels
Un-tick Preserve aspect ratio (I usually leave this ticked so that images don't get skewed, but with only a one pixel difference in one of the dimensions — from 513 to 512 — it's not an issue)
OK
File
Save or Save As (set file type as PNG or whatever you want...some file types have compression...set it to whatever you want)
