Outlook won't load emails unless closed and opened again

Hello,
      We have one user who must open and close their Outlook 2016 in order to see new emails. I uninstalled Office, rebooted, re-installed Office, rebooted and the problem persists. I set up their account on a different PC and we experience the same issue. We are using Exchange 2013 with about 125 users. This is the only user with this issue. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

Hi daskas27,

Try to disabled the TeamViewer add-in Meeting plugin for these users.

Thank you. It did not solve the issue. I should note that this user receives email to their phone and that works just fine.
Others have solved this by reducing Outlook’s cached mode setting. For instance, if it’s set at one year, reduce it to 3 months.
