Why can't my user delete without my admin credentials.

I have a user that can not delete any files from here computer. He can't delete from her physical desktop or her virtual desktop unless I login and enter my admin credentials. I even tried to meke her an administrator o. the virtual desktop and she still can't delete files without my assistance.

NTFS permissions.  The files she's trying to delete may well be on the "All Users" desktop and those are read only for users.  The desktop itself is a combination of TWO folders - c:\users\username\desktop (users can delete anything here) and c:\users\public\desktop (users CANNOT delete anything here, only admins)
