Blue screens with varying stop codes

My computer (Win10 Pro) falls into blue screens roughly once a day (or once in several days). The stop codes vary: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, REFERENCE_BY_POINTER, ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NONEXECUTABLE_MEMORY, BAD_POOL_CALLER. The memory check with the Win10 utility in the most rigorous mode has not found any problems. The health of the system disk, according to CrystalDisk, good. The command prompt commands "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" have not helped. Any ideas on what can be done short of the complete reinstallation of the OS?

Thank you. I have downloaded the latest "Memtest86+ USB Installer.exe" and created two supposedly bootable flash keys with it (the keys are from different manufacturers). There were no error messages during the creation, and I see the flash in the boot menu at the computer start (a screenshot is attached). However, selecting the USB option does not start the program. In one case, I get a message "Operating system is missing"; in the other, the computer just proceeds to the normal Windows booting without any messages. That does not depend on whether I use a front or a back USB port. Unfortunately, my computer has only an external BlueRay drive connected to the computer via USB; so, I probably cannot just burn the ISO on a disk and boot the computer from there (or am I wrong)? I use Windows 10 Pro.
