Since you mentioned that you already have the patch installed, it seems that there is a problem with the Server Side Dependency from the content database that points to the resource installed on SharePoint Server. For what it's worth, I had this for years and finally disabled the rule. Some of the health check rules are not useful.

I did try that also I disabled the rule but it still appears and it still places an event in the event log very strange.

I deleted the alert

Also set the health check to on demand only for the schedule should not run any more.
