One of our thin clients is having big issues and despite being able to connect to the local server farm and &nbsp;a usable IP, it says it's refusing VNC connections and the VNC server is not running.<br />

I've tried everything to enable it, and the ports seem to be running, but I can't connect. <br />

I'd like to avoid them sending it up to us, but I'm not sure there's any way to connect into the Thin Client configuration as HPDM 4.7 isn't able to.
