Hello Exchange and Outlook Experts,<br />
Scenario:<br />
Opening calendar invites with 2k~ addresses on Outlook 2010, Exchange 2010 on Win 7 works fine (I know we should be using DLs but that will be the part 2 of this mystery, just trying to understand why it works on legacy)<br />

Opening calendar invites with 2k~ addresses on Outlook Proplus on Exchange Online (hybrid/2016 Exchange on-prem) on Win 10, users experience either lagging, or doesnt open.<br />

Any ideas on what we need to do to fix it? Microsoft said to use distribution list, but the issue is why it worked perfectly fine without DLs on legacy?
