Apple Ipad air will not power up, really need data off of it any suggestions
Hello, I have an Ipad Air that will not do anything I have left it on the charger for a day, also I tried to do a hard reset holding the home and on/off button with no luck. Is there any way I can get the data off the drive my customer really needs some pics and data off the system?

Apple products need the battery to have some charge for it to turn on at all. If you've charged it all day and it's still not turning on, you may need to take it apart and replace the battery to be able to get it started.
Just a couple of questions.
You're sure the charger and cable are working? Did you check that the charger you're using is a 10W one not a 5W one for an iPhone?

Check by your customer if s/he uploaded them to iCloud. Pictures are usually set by default to sync to icloud storage.

I have used a few different chargers for ipads here in my office with no luck. Do anyone have a suggestion on a place that can take out the Nand chip to recover the data? Also, the user never backed up using a local or icloud process. I would like to be able to offer them some solution and a place to send it or take it to recover the data.
