                    sheet lava                                                                                                         $BF$58   Complete
I go to cell BF58 and nothing is there. Do the dollar sign mean it is referencing another workbook or sheet in the workbook
thanks

No, the $ means that it's an absolute column/row address rather than a relative one. Can you attach your workbook?
