can CentOS 7 & Fedora RPMs be used for RHEL7

I hv an urgent need to install aide & syslog-ng on
my RHEL 7 VMs (going live on Mon) but somehow
my RHEL account can't download packages from RHN.

Can I use those packages meant for CentOS 7 &
Fedora  from ?

Also, for the following, is a subscription-manager rpm required to be installed?
$ subscription-manager identity

Best to resolve the issue with the subscription.

Centos has the same base.

As arnold suggests...

1) This may work.

2) And doing this will be at your own peril, as mixing packages from Distros can lead to subtle problems which are difficult to diagnose + fix.

As arnold said, "best resolve your subscription problem" to ensure best system stability.

This is the reason people use CentOS... So they don't have to pay RedHat for a subscription...
The subscription and service model is RedHats big advantage. If you aren't going to use it, then why not just run a complete CentOS system?
