Already tried the following.
How to Troubleshoot No Sound in Windows 7
Click "Start" in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Click "Control Panel." The Control Panel window will appear.
Click "System and Security." ...
Click the "+" icon to the left of "Sound, game and video controllers." ...
Right-click your sound card device.
Thanks
Reinstall the audio drivers for your PC from the manufacturer's website.
check if the sound volume is not turned off or down
right click the speaker icon in the system try, and check what speakers are selected - you can post a screenshot showing the speakers

If the system is indicating that sound is on, try plugging some headphones into your sound card and see if there is sound that way. Maybe the speakers just aren't working?

Your Device Manager entry suggests you have a USB audio device connected ("CD002"). Is this correct?Yes, I had an MP3 USB flash connected, removed and its working!!
Thank you!
PS. Not sure why should that be, and how can I listed to contents of that device?
