Html 5 Windows authentication box grayed out

I am running a vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) with Platform Services Controller (PSC) on 6.7 and it is successfully joined to my Active Directory domain. I can successfully login to my vSphere Web Client(html5) using my AD credentials when I type them manually. However, the checkbox is grayed out to select the Use Windows session authentication box whether it is Chrome, IE and Edge. I am using Windows 10 PC .
How do I make the checkbox to work?

We have two vcenters on a separate site. I have no issue at one site. The bowser option grayed out for another site though all same version.
