asked on are specs of computer sufficient for running office 365 adequately?
I am purchasing 10 laptops and want to know if the following processor will be sufficient for these laptops running office 365 and occasionally browsing the internet:
AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTER CORES 2C+3G 3.10 GHz
16 GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro

The specs that you are providing seem to be high powered. A standard computer would be adequate to run office 365. These specs are certainly good enough to do what you need

I would not buy that. The A9 is based on AMD's excavator architecture and will be very lacking compared to their zen architecture. If you're going for a budget laptop, I'd recommend at least a Ryzen 3 2200U.
It is a 3 year old architecture and expect for the first week for it to be slow as Windows indexes things and optimizes. Definitely need an SSD for this bargain bin notebook
