Cannot change Outlook (Office 365) Calendar Details Font when Printing

I need to change the default font when printing in the Details/Body of an appointment on the Calendar Details Style in Outlook (Office 365).  I can change everything except the body or the details of the appointments.

It is by far  not intuitive!

While in the calendar, click on the, "View" menu at the top.

Then on the top right, there is a gear labeled, "View Settings".  Click that and you will get a pop up. Look for, "Other Settings" and that is where you can change the font.

I would otherwise expect this to show up in File->Options->Calendar->Calendar Options but that is not where it is.

Thanks Scott.

However, I failed to put in my question that the issue is when I print, not when I view.  I will reword the question to make it more clear.
Still not intuitive!

Go to File->Print->Print Options.

On the pop up, select which style you want to update (Weekly, Monthly etc) and click the Define Styles button.

I tried that option.  You are allowed to change the subject line of an appointment and the header and footers on the page, but you cannot change the details/notes/comments section font at all.
Which style are you trying to print?

Detailed Calendar Style.
Instead, use Memo Style and format the text while you are editing the event.  Select the text you want to edit, click the top menu for Format Text.  Using memo style will keep the format. I am not sure about calendar details style but the memo style gives the same info.

Unfortunately, I am required to us the Calendar Details Style.  It is a long calendar and we need all the details.  We should would like to have the font much smaller so we do not waste so much paper.
It can't be done as is in outlook. Are you willing to invest in a third party product or custom programming? If you need to stick to that view, it is probably your only choice.

No.  I'll live with it.  Thanks for your help.  It is unbelievable that it can't be done.  :-(
