ost is about 5gb size

simple way is if ost is connected to mail  OST... from outlook you can export to .PST

or else you can use 3rd party tools like

Asked and answered many  times before here on Experts Exchange, take a look at these search results and pick your interest.  That being said, as I recall anything useful won't be free, the good ones cost at least a small amount of money.

Software that will actually do anything isn't free. Perhaps if you give us more detail about why you need to do this, we can give you a free alternate solution.
