I have seen similar behavior as the desktop was for some reason set to be in Tablet mode. Can you check it?

I would suspect the user profile is corrupt, you can verify that by logging in as someone else.

On a windows 10 Pro computer, the mouse has suddenly started to cause the background screen to be displayed. &nbsp;The mouse is on a slanted keyboard rest. &nbsp;It has worked well this way for years, but now as soon as the pointer gets close to the taskbar, the background screen covers the work program [excel or sage or word].<br />

The mouse and keyboard are Logitech wireless. &nbsp;Have use a different mouse with a different radio, with the same results. &nbsp;Updated the drivers and the same thing is happening. &nbsp;Is there any relationship between the pointer coming in contact with or moving towards the task bar [any part of the task bar] and the background screen being displayed
