I have a HPE OfficeConnect 1950, I dont have the password and dont wont to lose the config. Can anyone please assist

For some models (1910 and 1920), goofle reports that password recovery is possible if (that's a big if) it has not been previously disabled. Whether this will work on a 1950 is questionable, as I don't see any references to it working on a 1950. Still, if the alternative is a complete reset ...
This is a hard way to learn that configurations should occasionally be printed or backed up externally, but experience is a dear teacher and we've all learned that way at one time or another.

Yes I agree, and this is why im trying to connect to back up the config. im new to the firm and all switches are with passwords that no one is aware of.
