Exchange 2016 can't view all department user ID in AD

Hi expert,

I'm trying to add a new user mailbox, which her user ID have already created in AD.

When i click add from existing user, i can't find her ID and not event her department.

Previously i have no issue viewing all department in exchange, any idea?

How is your AD replication? Run:

repadmin /replsum and review the result.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
