Exchange 2016 can't view all department user ID in AD

Hi expert,

I'm trying to add a new user mailbox, which her user ID have already created in AD.

When i click add from existing user, i can't find her ID and not event her department.

Previously i have no issue viewing all department in exchange, any idea?

looks like mailbox already created for that account..

You are able to see that account when you run the command get-mailbox "Thataccount" ?

How is your AD replication? Run:

repadmin /replsum and review the result.
