MS Word - The Bullet Button on the Ribbon is Giving Me An indented Bullet. I Don't Want it Indented

When I press the Bullet button, I would like to have the bullets align totally to the left. Currently, the bullets are indented (See graphic) when I push the bullet button and I have to manually move them to the left
How can I modify the button so that when I push it the bullets are all left aligned?

Create your first bullet.
Right click it, and select adjust list indents:

The previous answers work, but require that you repeat those actions every time you use bullets. Instead, you can create a bullet style and add it to the Styles Gallery:
  1. Adjust the bullet spacing as suggested in the previous posts.
  2. Press Alt + Ctrl + Shift + S at the same time. The Styles Pane opens.
  3. At the bottom of that pane, click on and click on the Manage Styles button.
  4. Click on the New Style button and give the style a name like Bulleted List. Check the box beside Add to the Styles gallery, then OK out. The new style is added to the Gallery.
In use, click on the Style instead of clicking on the bullet button.
