For any AV guys out there...I can use some help

I am helping a client of mine with some AV issues. They have two desktops that are pushing out Powerpoint presentations to large flatscreens in a lobby area. But the problem here is the way they have the connections going to the large screens. If you notice in the photos they basically have pieced connections together to get something going on the Screens. I want to get a device that will take the display port coming off the desktops and go to a device that will connect the flatscreens and eliminate all this clutter. The client is reporting that the presentations tend to stop running and freeze up. I checked everything on the machine in relation to any hibernation or powering down etc etc. unless there is something Im missing i dont know what else can be done about it

To run HDMI, you'll require one of these...

1) A long cable, for short hauls. Long haul HDMI cables become problematic.

2) HDMI WiFi transmission for longer hauls. Be sure to use 802.11ac running over 802.11s for HDMI, as pixel density for 1080p + 4K is extreme.

3) To implement #2, you may require setting up something like a Set Top box connected directly to your large screens.

Tip: Without knowing your exact budget, tough to say. And for this type of project, best to have a substantial budget, especially for time involved for whoever is doing the setup... In other words, do time based work for this, rather than fixed price work... if this is a contact/freelance type project.
How far away are the computers to the screens?  Have you checked the specs of the cables to make sure they can go the distance? Also what are the specs of the TV? Does everything match up as needed? https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/miniconverters  or is it underpowered?
If the screens have hdmi inputs, and the requirement is for them both to display the same output from a single pc, and the pc has DisplayPort out, then using an hdmi splitter and a DisplayPort to hdmi adapter with the appropriate number of hdmi cables should work quite happily.

@speed54, currently both desktops are broadcasting to a screen each individually using a new grapahics cards that were purchased and signal is going out on display port. to the flat screens
Just for clarification: do the pcs have to put a display on either screen, or are they just each dedicated to a single screen?  And you haven't stated if the screens have hdmi inputs (I'm assuming they have as they're flat panels). If the former, then having a triple head graphics card like any listed here https://multimonitorcomputer.com/top-4-best-videocard-for-multiple-monitor-computers.php installed will allow both screens and a monitor to be connected (you may need  a couple of dvi to hdmi adapters). If the latter, then using a DisplayPort adapter to hdmi and hdmi cables to each screen will suffice
