Light foot print PDF Reader software for Windows 10

What do you recommend as a very light weight PDF Reader?
Adobe Acrobat Reader no longer works on a computer and I would like to get a light foot print PDF Reader for Windows 10.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Tek,
I guess it depends on your definition of "light foot print", but two excellent (free!) ones are Foxit Reader and PDF-XChange Editor. The non-free versions of those products are "heavier", and even though the free ones are "lighter", they still have some great features. Here are three 5-minute five-minute EE video Micro Tutorials showing excellent features of PDF-XChange Editor:

How to rotate pages in a PDF with free software - PDF-XChange Editor
How to OCR pages in a PDF with free software - PDF-XChange Editor
How to password-protect a PDF with free software - PDF-XChange Editor

And here are two more five-minute EE video Micro Tutorials showing excellent features of Foxit Reader:

How to scan to a PDF file with free software - Foxit Reader
How to put a date-time stamp on a PDF file with free software - Foxit Reader

Another product in a similar vein to PDF-XChange Editor and Foxit Reader is Nitro Reader.

If you want something extremely lightweight, look at Xpdf Reader, from the folks who developed the awesome Xpdf tools. It has very little in the way of features (unlike the previous ones that I mentioned), but it is by far the lightest weight product.

As a disclaimer, I want to emphasize that I have no affiliation with any of the companies mentioned in this post and no financial interest in them whatsoever. I am simply a happy user/customer. Regards, Joe

Hi Tek,
I'm trying to clean up open questions at EE...this is one of them. Do you need more help with it? Regards, Joe
