Thats a nice deal....

One person acts as administrator / bill payer and adds individual email addresses for each user?
* Can this Admin persons details be changed in a few years (I at some stage hand the admin account over to the dad)

Also ...
On a PC with with 4 kids and an adult each user can have their own user account? I suppose a Microsoft account is encouraged but not not mandatory (I user is special needs and has no email address and another kid too young to have an email address)

I suppose I should sign up for a family account as admin trial and kick it around ...

The Dad is a business user (non email exchange) and Im just concerned about using this with his family that they dont trip over his files (his windows user account can be password protected so that stops that really)

I have O365 Home. Myself, wife and 3 kids.

Each person has own Microsoft account with their own email (mostly BT Mail, not MS generated). Accounts can be set as Adult or Child, Adult accounts get notified of Child account activities with weekly email.

Main PC in house has multiple Windows logons, one for each user. Users also have their own devices, laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, consoles etc on which they can download the relevant version of the Office suite applications. Also get 1TB each of OneDrive storage.

Not sure of changing the Admin user, guess its not designed for that as the Admin user in a home environment wouldn't necessarily change.
