I have on HP3600 Laserjet printer which is on a home network with Windows 10 pro. All the computers on the network can print with no problem except for 1 computer which gets the error message on the print out:

Try to uninstall, reboot the computer then reinstall the PCL driver for this printer.
I would start by completely reinstalling the driver, as follows.

First go to Devices & Printers and delete the printer. Now go to Control Panel > Programs & Features (or Settings > Apps & Features) and uninstall anything related to your printer. Go back to Devices & Printers, click on any other printer and select Print Server Properties from the menu that appears. Click the Drivers tab and remove any instances of the printer.

Then reinstall.

This is an old GDI printer. GDI printers are notorious for requiring the exact driver. I note that the available drivers listed on HP's website only list a "USB-only" driver for "Windows 8 or higher" so it is possible that a Windows 10 upgrade broke the driver. This support page shows instructions. Even though the driver is "USB only" it shows instructions for adding it as a network printer.

This is the error message.

The process is that the printer shows Microsft Word-D flashing for a long time, then the ? sign comes on. The message there is to press the tick and having done that the error message printed is:

PCL XL error
                Subsystem:        KERNEL
                Error:                     Missing Data
                Operator:            OpenDataSource
                Position:              2

The printer shows up on host PC but the error message is now on the other two PCs
