Update UEFI Version before Re-imaging the computer using SCCM

in this scenario , I would like to update UEFI (BIOS) version before proceeding with the Re-image of the computer.
I have seen in one environment, where they  put USB stick in the  USB slot, they boot to F12, an option will show up stating "Flash Update" , once selected it opens up a GUI to select the Model of the PC to which you want to update UEFI(BIOS).
I am not sure how to make that happen [I mean the FLash Update selection to show up, and the GUI that will enable you to select the PC model to update the UEFI(BIOS) to ]
By the way they use Dell PCs, so it might be a Utility from Dell that can carry out this process.... I would like to know about it, how it is set up.

Thank you

Those are the steps to edit a SETTING In the BIOS. It does NOT UPDATE A BIOS (and hence UEFI version).
Therefore my first post is still valid. Go one by one with the correct BIOS update procedure.

Do you have exact Link?  I searched on Dell website, I did not get what I am looking for.

Correct, most DELL systems after 2012 can  do that. But as I said, you didn't give me any info, so my first post is still valid.
If you don't give me info (model/type nr), how can I telepathically point you to the correct method???
Therefore my first post mentioned entering your serial number into the Dell website, thereby getting you the correct info for your model/type nr.
In case you didn't know, on this page https://www.dell.com/support/home
THE FIRST INPUT FORM IS YOUR SERIAL NUMBER FORM.
