WARNING: You are using pip version 19.2.3, however version 19.3.1 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'python -m pip install --upgrade pip' command.
Problem: For several hours and on 4 Windows 10 machines with and without Visual Studio 2019 I have tried to make this work, because I need to be able to connect, put and get messages from my workstation to an IBM MQ (Websphere) server.
I have googled and installed all the Microsoft Visual C++ <YEAR> Redistrubutables - 32 and 64 bits. Nothing works. Still the same error, from Python pip command. What to do? I guess this cannot be a thing everybody expiriences?
