Setting up multiple Email accounts on my Mac - not successfully!!

I have just installed and reinstalled the Office 365 apps on my Mac. I have also setup a few email accounts with the correct settings, but there is only 2 account that show up in the main folder/inbox sidebar. I cannot see or access any emails via the other accounts. Is this a known bug? I have also set the account sup in System Preferences "Internet Accounts"

Can you please share the screenshot of the same / Error you getting ?


I am not getting any error message but here is the screenshot showing the accounts set up but only two accounts are showing in the folder list._Screenshot-2019-12-02-at-08.50.13.png

Usually with the Sign-On Assistant you just sign in with one user, but if you have other people who login with a different login into that computer those people are "technically" supposed to be licensed with an Office 365 account with Office Pro Plus.

I gave up in the end and went for the "Mail" program built in to my Mac. Thank you!
