I can see the last CUs are available for download. i.e.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/new-features/build-numbers-and-release-dates?redirectedfrom=MSDN&view=exchserver-2019
As long as it is not announced it is out of support. You will get support from MS.

MS need money, if you are enterprise client, they even support Exchange 5.5. I had one client with 5.5 and MS gave full support. However, client paid hefty price and learnt the lesson.
