Exchange 2016 CU support

Can we still get first-class support from Microsoft if we're more than 4 CU behind the latest? Even if we ignore their suggestion to go to the latest CU?

Well, If you are ready to pay their support cost which is a way much costlier, they will provide you first class support.

I can see the last CUs are available for download. i.e.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/new-features/build-numbers-and-release-dates?redirectedfrom=MSDN&view=exchserver-2019
As long as it is not announced it is out of support. You will get support from MS.
