But strange thing, outlook 2010 is still showing not available, is this normal? or need time to replicated?

Thanks!
No it is not normal. Check in outlook online mode if you are able to, then switch back to cached mode and check.

Hi,

Tried to connect via online mode in outlook 2010, but same error message still appeared.

But if i use other user mailbox to test the mailbox OOF, it is working fine.

Tried to repair my outlook 2010 too, but problem still exist in my pc...
Try to configure a new outlook profile on your machine.

Also try to configure your outlook on another PC. It looks like autodiscover is not pulling the information for OOF.

Run test-emailautoconfiguration from your machine by pressing the CTRL button on the extreme left.

This will let you know if there is any issue with autodiscover. If autodiscover is working then OOF should work.

Hi Saif,

I found the solution, just thought sharing this to help other user that might have this problem as well.

Apparently, this was due to a credential saved on my pc, after i clear it from credential manager, i was able to use the OOF again from outlook 2010.

Thank you very much.
Glad to help...
