Double check your upgrade. Does each user have encryption or you have an administrative recovery key that needs to be reset.<br />
Have each user go to their settings as the error suggest and check what is there.

i update my nextcloud on ubuntu (LXD) to version 17 from 16 successfully.<br />
But all user and admin has a following error:<br />
&quot;Invalid private key for encryption app. Please update your private key password in your personal settings to recover access to your encrypted files. &quot;<br />
i do not have enable server-side encryption .<br />
we have only Default encryption module.<br />
What is wrong here?
