I see it correctly in Chrome, so it is probably a cache issue, make sure you clear your browser cache.

You can use file link with a date so if the date of the file is newer from the one in the browser cache it will reload the file
You can do it with your CSS, JS files ect

automatic way
<?php echo '<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/theme.css?' . filemtime('css/theme.css') . '" />'; ?>

Open in new window

or you can do it manually if you don't use PHP
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css?v=12345678" />

Open in new window

This is very usefull so even user that not clearing their cache will see the latest version of the file.
