I'll take one guess though... As long as the cells are actually recognized and formatted as time, you should be able to do math on them, such as subtracting two times to find the difference.

What Brian said makes sense, but I can also add that if you don't have the means to accurately capture hours, minutes and seconds in time capture you may be trying to get too detailed. &nbsp;Ran into a similar case of time capture and, more often than not, time was entered in for the day only, and when hours and minutes were entered, they were not accurate. &nbsp;Just a thought...
