I ran the script saw no errors.
I then refreshed my event viewer and the 6398 are still appearing.
Same event error
I noticed on Services On Server that the User Profile Service is stopped. Could this be the cause? How to start this?

Okay.
Otherwise, I guess we will have to manually disable the jobs that is causing this to appear. Try these instructions below. You may also refer to the article below which is where I referenced it from.

1. Go to the SharePoint Central Administration
2. Click Monitoring
3. Then click Review job definitions in the Timer Jobs section
4. Find the Job that is causing the exception by hovering over the links and checking the GUID in there
5. Click the job and click Disable

How do I convert the GUID to the Timer Job ? Do not know which timer job to disable

and mine shows USER PROFILE SERVICE APPLICATION as STARTING any ideas???

I got the psconfig to run it was syntax issue
